We’re having some fun in our kitchen as we’re experimenting with new desserts. Here’s our Dessert of the Month, our wood-fired apple pie. We take our signature dough, fill it with cinnamon glazed apples, fold it over like a turnover and bake it in our 900-degree wood fired oven. When it comes out, we top it with our creamy cinnamon glaze. Who’s ready to skip right to dessert?
