The Self-Pour Taproom Redefines the Fast Casual Pizza Experience
With the addition of the self-pour taproom wall, we’ve diversified the revenue stream, and increased the check average while minimizing labor costs. The experience is truly unique for our Guests. Once they have their RFID enabled bracelet and have opened a tab, they are free to explore the taproom wall which has a wide variety of beer, wine and mixed cocktails. Drinks are charged by the ounce. From a taste to a full pint, the choice is up to Guest.
