Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza & Taproom Shakes Up the Pizza Franchising Industry

Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza is shaking up the world of fast casual pizza with the expansion of their self-serve taproom concept.  They are currently in four states and are expanding into an additional three states in the coming months.  The brand has laid out a goal of 100 open locations by the end of 2027.  Their wood-fired oven is the only cooking device in their restaurants, and their food is so fresh, they don’t even have freezers.  Veggies are chopped by hand throughout the day, sauces are made from scratch in-store, and meats are roasted in the wood-fired oven.
