A Conversation with Bob Marolf, Smokin’ Oak Franchisee

Bob Marolf opened his Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza location in early January. With lines out the door, Bob was killing it every day until COVID-19 hit in mid March. With the help of his Team, Bob implemented a number of new ways to keep business going by implementing curbside pickup and enhanced third party delivery services. Bob continues to weather the storm and is still looking forward to opening his second Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza location in Grand Junction.
