Crafting high quality pizzas super fast and super fresh while having fun is the core of our culture. Whether you have experience as a cook, prep cook, or no experience at all, this could be your opportunity to develop into a restaurant manager position. We offer flexible part time or full time schedules depending on what you are looking for and the needs of the restaurant.
- Responsible for making dough, sauces, and dressings from scratch
- Roasting all meats in a wood fired oven
- Cutting all vegetables fresh for every meal service
- Following all procedures to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation
- Placing and receiving vendor orders
- Ordering and Receiving
- Inventory Control
- Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas and equipment
Requirements:
- Friendly, sincere, upbeat attitude
- Well groomed
- Acts urgently and moves quickly
- Good knife skills
- Can stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to do math
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to roll dough balls using hands with good dexterity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

Experience:
- Knife skills: 1 year (Required)
