“We make our own dough, chop our veggies fresh throughout the day, we'll make our own sauces, and we'll even roast our meats in the wood-fired oven. We don't even have a freezer in the building, and the quality is second to none,” said Ben and Monica Roberts, the local owners of the Fayetteville Smokin’ Oak Pizza location.
Smokin’ Oak Pizza combines wood-fired pizza with an innovative digital taproom, providing customers with a quick lunch or fun night out at a price they will love. The pairing of the artisan pizza with the digital tap wall concept is what sold Ben and Monica on the Smokin’ Oak Pizza restaurant model. “We will have the largest and only digital tap wall in Arkansas, serving a wide variety of beer, wine, and mixed drinks,” the Roberts revealed. “It’s a one-of-a-kind experience that serves fast and fresh pizza. Get in and out in 30 minutes for a quick lunch or stay a while and sample drinks from our digital tap wall. We are excited to bring this experience to the Fayetteville community and all of Northwest Arkansas.”
