Our core restaurant model is approximately 2,000 square feet and serves our wood-fired pizza and other menu items in a fast-casual environment. Since we are able to bake our pizzas in about two minutes, it’s usually just 5-8 minutes from the time someone orders their food until it’s delivered to them at their table. The Franchisee has a choice to sell beer and wine, and whether it’s in draft or bottle form.

Our taproom restaurant model is taking our wood-fired pizza and other menu items and pairing it with a self-serve beer, wine and in some locations, even mixed drinks! Smokin’ Oak Wood-Fired Pizza and Taproom is for the Franchisee who is looking to create a unique experience for their Guests and their community. We’ve made it easy for a Guest to enjoy the many varieties of drinks on the taproom wall. They will get an RFID bracelet from our Cashier, and then when they find a drink they’d like to try, they then tap it on a sensor which activates the tap. The Guest can pour anywhere from one to twelve ounces at a time. It’s a great way for a Guest to try a drink they wouldn’t normally try and creates an experience to enjoy with family and friends. Our Taproom restaurants range in size from 3,000 – 3,500 square feet.
