How big are your pizzas?

All of our pizzas are ten inches.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes. We offer vegan cheese and a whole assortment of tasty veggies!

Do you have gluten-free dough?

Yes. However, we do not recommend our gluten-free dough for those with severe gluten allergies as flour is abundant in our kitchen and all of our pizzas are cooked in the same oven.

Are there peanuts or peanut products in any of your ingredients?

We do have nuts in the restaurant. They can be left off an item at the request of the Guest, although a Guest with a severe nut allergy should be aware that there are nuts in the restaurant.

We do not have any Keto options at this time.

What type of wood do you cook with?

We use seasoned white or red oak in our Wood-Fired oven.

How long does it take to bake a pizza?

Our pizzas bake in just a couple of minutes.

How hot is the oven?

It’s hot!  It averages about 900°, but different parts of the oven can get even hotter.
