Yes. Our Cost of Goods Sold is 19%, Employee Wages and Payroll Tax is 27%. Other Expenses (which includes rent, royalties and marketing contributions) is 35%. Income before Owner’s Salary is 19% (FDD published March 2022).
How long does it take to open a Smokin' Oak Pizza Franchise?
