Gary and Tiffany Lauchlan are the local franchise owners. They are residents of the Lake Travis community and huge UT fans. Gary has been in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Tiffany is a part of local commercial real estate. They are excited to offer wood-fired pizza that you can’t find anywhere else in Austin!
Fresh ingredients are important to the Smokin’ Oak Pizza team. You can get in and out in 15 minutes or stick around for a few hours tasting different pizzas. Or check out our self-pour taproom wall with several sections of beer and wine.
The Austin location is located in an area called Four Points right down the street from Vandegrift High School and Four Points Middle School. Concordia University Texas is across the street, plus this location is less than five minutes from Lake Travis.
